Job summary

C.R. England is seeking professional CDL-A drivers to haul customer freight from West Memphis, AR, delivering to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL. Expect about three loads weekly and roughly 1,500 miles per week with a 34-hour reset at home.

Drivers receive mileage and stop pay, with a guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,400 if eligibility criteria are met. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD+D insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Maintains safe driving record and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate roto-carts and lift gates to unload cargo.
• Deliver to multiple states across the southeast and midwest.
• Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations.
• Follow schedules to maximize on-time performance.

Job description

Roto-carts and lift gates are part of every delivery on this dedicated Dollar Tree fleet based in West Memphis, AR. You will run store freight across ten states and get a 34-hour reset at home each week.

On average you will deliver three loads per week, with three stops per load, covering an estimated 1,500 miles weekly. It suits CDL-A drivers who like staying active and want a steady weekly rhythm.

Dedicated customers tend to stay with C.R. England, and many fleet customers have been with us for over 20 years.

• Customer freight out of West Memphis, AR
• Deliveries to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL
• About three loads per week, three stops per load
• Estimated 1,500 miles weekly

• Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days

The Work:

• Roto-carts and lift gates make the unload manageable

Home Time:

• 34-hour reset at home every week

• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• 53' dry trailers

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Truck parking at home or secure location near home
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
• Clean DOT Inspection - $25
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
