Job summary

C.R. England is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated West Memphis, AR-based fleet delivering to 10 states. You will run store freight, unload with roto-carts and lift gates, and enjoy a steady weekly rhythm with a 34-hour home reset.

Average work includes about three loads per week, ~1,500 miles, with mileage and stop pay plus bonuses. A guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,400 is offered if safety and availability criteria are met, with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Truck parking at home or secure location near home
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Job description

Roto-carts and lift gates are part of every delivery on this dedicated Dollar Tree fleet based in West Memphis, AR. You will run store freight across ten states and get a 34-hour reset at home each week.

On average you will deliver three loads per week, with three stops per load, covering an estimated 1,500 miles weekly. It suits CDL-A drivers who like staying active and want a steady weekly rhythm.

Dedicated customers tend to stay with C.R. England, and many fleet customers have been with us for over 20 years.

• Customer freight out of West Memphis, AR
• Deliveries to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL
• About three loads per week, three stops per load
• Estimated 1,500 miles weekly
• Mileage pay

• Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days

The Work:
