Compensation Range: $10.00 - $48.00 per hour (in compliance with state laws; actual pay based on skills, experience, and other factors). Eligible for Incentive Plan.

Responsibilities

• Unload products safely and efficiently, adhering to customer specifications and safety standards.
• Complete all paperwork accurately, including logs, inspections, and invoices.
• Meet food safety protocols and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Develop good customer relationships through courteous service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience, or completion of a driving school.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.

Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe lifting practices; skills in long-distance driving, communication, problem-solving; ability to handle hazardous materials, operate various trucks, and perform basic math.

Physical & Work Environment

Must lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 350 lbs, and work in various weather conditions, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
