Position Purpose:

Food and food service delivery drivers play a vital role in the country’s food supply chain. They ensure timely and safe delivery of products, representing the face of our company and building lasting customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and inspections according to DOT regulations.
• Follow all safety and DOT regulations, report hazards, and ensure proper loading and securing of freight.
• Manage delivery routes, unload products, verify deliveries, and complete necessary paperwork.
• Secure equipment and trailers, handle damaged goods, and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and work area.

Qualifications:

• 12 months of commercial driving experience
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Valid CDL A license
• Meet state licensing requirements
• Must be 21 years or older
• Clean MVR for past 3 years
• Pass drug test, background check, road test, and hold a valid DOT Health Card
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and operate necessary equipment
