• Pay Rate: Drivers average $75,000 - 90,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Home Daily! Dispatch times between 8pm – 11pm.
• Drivers will be required to work with team routes, partnering with another driver or a driver helper as needed.

What You’ll Do As a CDL-A Delivery Driver

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload touch freight into restaurants using a two-wheel dolly.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a CDL-A Teammate

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
