CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver – Experience Required

You’re already doing the work, why not get paid well while doing it? McLane Charlotte is currently offering a $10,000 sign on Bonus for experienced CDL-A drivers and our drivers average $90,000 - $95,000 per year with industry leading benefits and retirement.

• Average pay: $90,000 - $95,000 per year.
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 depending on experience.
• Day 1 Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance and company-paid life insurance.
• 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.
• Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, educational assistance program, and more!
• Solo and Driver/Driver routes available.
• 4-Day Extra Board schedule.
• Late model tractors equipped with Bluetooth technology.
• Mixture of Automatic and Manual transmissions.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
