Job Summary:

Sysco has immediate openings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently. Drivers will unload/deliver products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and supplies to customer locations on an assigned route. Building positive relationships with customers through friendly service and understanding their operations is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 21+ years of age.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Capability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40-60 pounds on average, up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer delivery experience preferred.
• 6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience preferred.
• 6 months of Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Two years of consistent work history preferred.
