Job summary

US Foods is hiring drivers to safely deliver to customers from our Fairhaven, VT yard. You will unload with a pallet jack or by hand, verify deliveries with customers, and handle payments when needed. The role requires a CDL A, 6+ months driving experience, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class A with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products from the trailer with equipment and place in designated storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• This position dispatches from our Fairhaven, VT yard.
