Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a dedicated CDL-A Delivery Driver to serve our customers with timely, accurate deliveries of food service products across local routes. You will build strong customer relationships, operate a tractor-trailer and refrigerated van, and maintain safety and compliance on every shift.

Day shifts with home-time every day, physical duties include lifting up to 100 lbs, unloading up to 350 lbs with a two-wheel cart, and using scanners and an onboard computer.

Qualifications

• One year of delivery or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• DL and clean driving record required and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products accurately and on time to customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Operate delivery vehicle and safety equipment per company policies.
• Complete daily pre/post trip inspections and paperwork.
• Collaborate with management and sales to address customer concerns.
