Job summary

Sysco Columbus is seeking delivery drivers to safely transport products from warehouse to customers, delivering and unloading per invoices and company standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, plus a valid Class A CDL and insurability. The role includes overnight shifts with opportunities for incentive pay and advancement within Sysco.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED + 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience required; food/beverage delivery a plus.
• Valid Class A CDL; insurable to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer by hand or cart in all weather to customer storage areas.
• Complete paperwork per DOT and company guidelines; ensure invoices are accurate.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse areas.
• Build strong relationships with customers through courteous service and communication.
