Job summary

SYGMA Illinois (The Sygma Network, Inc) is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring accurate unloading and delivery per invoices and standards. You will operate a tractor-trailer, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintain safety and hygiene in the vehicle and at the customer site.

A valid Class A CDL and DOT knowledge are required, with high-school level education and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe lifting practices.
• Ability to read/speak English sufficiently for communication and records.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trailer and load as needed.
• Complete all required paperwork and logs on time.
• Deliver to customers and maintain safety and sanitation.
• Maintain vehicle and report damages or issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.
