Job summary

Sysco is seeking delivery drivers to transport products from the warehouse to customer locations, ensuring safe loading, proper delivery, and accurate paperwork.

You will operate tractor-trailers, communicate with customers, and uphold food-safety standards while maintaining vehicle and warehouse cleanliness. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with extensive route coverage and potential for top earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of tractor trailer driving school acceptable in lieu or in addition to diploma.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer and deliver to stores per invoices and standards.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy: logs, inspections, reports, invoices.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse areas.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships with clear communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
