Job summary

SYGMA is seeking qualified Delivery Drivers to transport products from the warehouse to customers in the Illinois area. You will be responsible for safe, on-time deliveries, proper unloading, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) and insurability to operate a vehicle.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazmat guidelines; safe lifting and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart to customer storage areas.
• Complete paperwork (DOT logs, inspections, maintenance reports) accurately and timely.
• Maintain food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in vehicle and yard.
• Develop good relationships with customers through excellent, courteous service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
