Job summary

Mid-Am Building Supply is seeking a delivery driver to transport building materials to customers and other Mid-Am branches. You will load and unload materials, verify deliveries with shipping papers, and obtain signatures while maintaining safety and vehicle cleanliness.

Applicants must have a valid CDL, pass a DOT physical and drug test, and be willing to work outside normal hours to meet customer needs. Benefits include health coverage after 60 days and comprehensive PTO.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid CDL operator’s license.
• Must be able to read and write for shipping papers.
• Must pass DOT required physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials to customers and Mid-Am branches.
• Check off materials from shipping papers and obtain signatures.
• Load and unload materials; operate a forklift for loading/unloading.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and cleaning; follow safety guidelines.
• Attend safety meetings as required.
