Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver for the Spokane Valley, WA area. The role involves safe driving, delivering products, and unloading at customer sites with 100% touch freight.

You will verify deliveries, provide excellent customer service, and perform vehicle inspections daily. The position requires a valid CDL A, DOT qualifications, and at least 21 years old. Minimum 6 months driving experience is expected, with English communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid CDL Class A with appropriate endorsements.
• DOT qualifications and FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or 3 months in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to customers on schedule.
• Unload products using appropriate equipment or by hand, 100% touch freight.
• Verify deliveries with customers and collect signatures when required.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Handle account-related tasks and payments when applicable.
• Adapt to various duties assigned by management.
