Job summary

US Foods, Inc. in Ogden, UT seeks a Delivery Truck Driver to safely deliver to customers and meet scheduled times. You will unload orders using a pallet jack or by hand and verify deliveries with customers, obtaining signatures.

Required: valid CDL-A with endorsements, DOT qualifications, at least 21 years old, and 6 months of commercial driving experience (or 3 months in food/beverage delivery). Familiarity with English communication is needed. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
