McLane is hiring CDL-A Delivery Drivers in the United States. Majority of schedules are a 4 Day Workweek, with pay rates from $85,000 to $95,000.

Benefits start day one, including medical, dental, and vision, plus FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. You will inspect tractors, manage logs, and deliver products to customer premises, with duties including safety checks, bill of lading verification, and unloading at the delivery site.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and maneuvering skills.
• Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations and document delivery receipts and temperatures.
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises.
