Job summary

US Foods, Inc. in Fontana, CA is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to reliably deliver products to customers, unload with care, verify deliveries, and collect signatures.

You must be 21 and hold a valid CDL A with required endorsements. DOT qualifications and FMCSA Clearinghouse registration are required. Minimum six months of trucking experience (or three months in food/beverage delivery) is needed. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CDL Class A license with required endorsements.
• DOT qualifications and FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
• Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience, or 3 months in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and on time.
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand; 100% touch freight.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Handle account-related collections and payments when applicable.
• Operate in multi-temperature environments; work 10+ stops per shift.
