Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to operate our tractor-trailers on routes that support timely delivery to customer accounts.

Featuring a $3,000 sign-on bonus, full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a 5:30am start and variable end times, Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and professional service while upholding product quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol transport.
• Active CDL Class A license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers.
• Available to work Monday–Friday starting at 5:30 AM; end time may vary between 1:00 PM–5:00 PM depending on route.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report maintenance needs.

Location: Everett, MA

Manager: Delivery Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:00pm - 5:00pm; depending on route and daily workload

Pay Range: $30.00 - $39.00/hr

Objective: Class A Drivers are responsible for safely operating our single tractor trailers —all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper to assist with unloading and navigation. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active CDL Class A License in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 AM; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.

• Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
