Job summary

Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to safely operate our tractor trailers on assigned routes. This full-time, hourly role includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of 5:30am–1:00pm or 5:00pm depending on route, with a Delivery Helper assisting unloads.

You will deliver pre-sold products, rotate stock, and maintain safety and product quality while building professional relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to transport alcohol.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 AM; end times may vary.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:00pm - 5:00pm; depending on route and daily workload

Pay Range: $30.00 - $39.00/hr

Objective: Class A Drivers are responsible for safely operating our single tractor trailers —all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper to assist with unloading and navigation. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
