Job summary

US FOODS® is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver in Smyrna, TN. You will safely deliver products, back into docks, and unload with precision while upholding a strong safety culture. Training starts at $26.97/hour, with component pay after training; drivers may average around $1,700 weekly.

Benefits begin Day One, including health care and retirement savings. We seek dependable individuals with a valid CDL, clean driving record, and ability to read English.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class A with endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Min 6 months commercial driving experience (any industry) or 3 months in food/beverage delivery.
• Able to read/communicate in English.
• Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Safe driving and timely product delivery to customers.
• Unloading and placing products in designated areas; 100% touch freight.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve issues as needed.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety.
• Handle collections and payments when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
