Job summary

Domino's is hiring Commercial Truck Drivers to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza stores on established routes. The Class A CDL driver unloads at each store, provides service, and may shuttle trailers as needed.

Overnight stays may be necessary, and PPE is required to uphold safety standards. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, six months CMV experience (one year preferred), a valid CDL with Air Brakes, and passing DOT physical and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred.
• CDL-A with Air Brakes and DOT Med Cert required.
• Must meet MVR standards and pass DOT physical.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to Domino's stores along established routes.
• Unload products and provide customer service at stores.
• Return empty containers to the supply chain center.
• May drive solo or in a team; occasional overnight stays.
• Shuttle trailers to/from partner companies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Job Description

The Domino's Commercial Truck Driversafely drives the commercial company vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Drivers will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center. Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be necessary. Occasionally, the Commercial Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks are done safely, including wearing proper PPE.

Pay Breakdown

• $32.80 - $34.90/ hour, based on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Bonus Opportunities
• Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
• Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] with Air Brakes
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
