Job summary

Small Potato Trucking seeks a CDL-A local driver for a home-daily role in Southern California. This dedicated local fleet features no-touch freight, 2–3 stops per load, and backhaul into the distribution center.

Expect evening departures, with most loads starting between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and weekend work as required. Trucks are new, automatic, with dry van and reefer trailers, in a slip-seat operation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical Card required.
• No SAP drivers allowed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the distribution center.
• Able and willing to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries throughout Southern California with no-touch freight.
• Handle 2–3 stops per load and backhaul into the distribution center.
• Operate with slip-seat arrangement on a dedicated fleet.
• Deliver on schedule with home daily shifts.
