Job summary

Herman N Logistics is hiring for a Walmart dedicated position in Southern California. Home daily, no-touch freight, and 2–3 stops per load with mileage band pay plus stop pay, detention pay, and a Safe & On-Time bonus.

Expect loads departing mainly 3 PM–9 PM with 2 consecutive days off weekly. Weekend work is required. Trucks are dry van/reefer with automatic transmission, and parking is at the Shafter Walmart DC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• No SAP Drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card.
• Able to work weekends.
• Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the Walmart dedicated account in Southern California.
• Typically 2–3 stops per load.
• Backhaul to the distribution center.
• Loads depart mainly 3 PM–9 PM.
• Two consecutive days off per week.
• Weekend work required.
• Dry van and reefer trailers; automatic transmission.
• Vehicles parked at Shafter Walmart DC.

Pay: $1300- $1650 weekly

Job Details:

• Dedicated Walmart account
• Deliver throughout Southern California
• Typically 2-3 stops per load
• Backhaul back into the DC
• Majority of loads depart between 3 PM-9 PM
• 2 consecutive days off per week
• Drivers should expect to work weekends
• Dry van and reefer trailers

• New, well-maintained trucks
• Trucks must be parked at the Shafter Walmart DC
• Slip seat operation

Requirements:
