Job summary

Schneider's dedicated night-time driver role is now open. You will haul parts in liftgate trailers, hand unload with pallet jack, and back with precision on a weekly schedule across AL, FL, GA, NC, SC and TN.

Average weekly pay ranges from $1,525 to $1,850 with extra bonuses, time off, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and a company-paid orientation.

Overview

• Haul parts in liftgate trailers.
• 100% hand unloads using pallet jack.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5 loads per week with 1-5 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within AL, FL, GA, NC, SC and TN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
