Job summary

Hirschbach is seeking company drivers to operate truck routes with a focus on safety and reliable delivery. You will earn incentive pay and be part of a team with newer model equipment and comprehensive benefits.

Expect efficient dispatch, direct deposit, and access to the Hirschbach App for payroll and communications. Eligible drivers can receive medical, dental, vision coverage and 401K with company match after the first year.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Must be available for six days of dispatch.
• Demonstrated safety and on-time delivery record.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and timely deliveries.
• Participate in incentive programs and drive for fuel efficiency.

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch
