MW Smithfield is seeking Company Drivers to join our fleet. You can earn an extra $100/week as part of the availability incentive pay, with up to $1,450 weekly availability pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and a 401K match.

Expect newer equipment, PET-friendly policy, Direct Deposit, E-Logs, Pre-Planned Dispatch, and a Driver App for payroll info and messages.

• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
