Lidl VA is hiring company drivers to run loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to Virginia and Maryland. Drivers can earn an availability incentive of $1,450–$1,620 weekly, plus per diem and CPM-based pay.

Home time options include Daily or Weekly time off, with pet policies and modern equipment. The role includes loading/unloading with an electric pallet jack, pre-planned dispatch, and access to benefits such as PrePass, E-Logs, and a 401K plan.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
