MW Smithfield is seeking professional company drivers with a strong work ethic to join our fleet. You’ll earn a base rate plus an availability incentive, with weekly home time and a tiered annual increase in incentives to reward tenure.

Our program features newer model equipment, direct deposit, PrePass, and an app to manage payroll and communications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision cover, a 401K with company match, and a driver referral program.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
