Lidl VA is seeking Company Drivers for our Virginia and Maryland routes. This fleet's drivers enjoy built-in incentives, flexibile home time options, and a compensation structure that rewards miles and reliability.

Per Diem is reimbursed, and incentive bonuses are available monthly; drivers scan paperwork and access payroll information on the Hirschbach App. Modern equipment and a strong safety culture complete the package.

This fleet's drivers primarily run loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to locations in Virginia and Maryland.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
