Lidl VA is seeking professional drivers to operate on routes from Fredericksburg, VA to Virginia and Maryland. Drivers can earn an extra weekly incentive and have access to comprehensive benefits as part of a larger driver program.

Position includes flexible home-time options, a pet policy, and modern equipment. Per diem and mileage-based pay components contribute to earnings, with company-supported rewards for safety and performance.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
