Job summary

MW Smithfield is seeking Company Drivers to join our team in a ready-to-drive fleet. You’ll earn an availability incentive pay of $1,450 per week and enjoy regular weekly home time, with per diem options and a robust benefits package.

Equipment is updated, with modern comforts like 24" SmartTV and heated/cooled seating, plus direct deposit and pre-planned dispatch. Beyond pay, drivers have access to a 401K with company match, life insurance, annual awards, and a referral program.

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
