Job summary

MW Smithfield is recruiting CDL drivers to join our team. Earn an extra incentive pay of $100 per week, with additional annual increases based on tenure, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, and vacation pay.

Our fleet features newer model equipment, direct deposit, prepaid dispatch tools, and modern driver support systems. Weekly home time and pet policy are also noted.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
