MW Smithfield is seeking Company Drivers to join our team. Enjoy an availability incentive pay of $1,450 weekly, with increases based on tenure. Weekly home time and a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching are offered.

Pre-Planned Dispatch, Direct Deposit, and an app for payroll are also provided to simplify operations. Trucking jobs emphasize newer equipment, paid per diem, and growth through loyalty programs and annual awards.

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
