Lidl VA is seeking company drivers for a Fredericksburg, VA based fleet with runs to Virginia and Maryland. The role offers home time options (daily or weekly depending on location) and an incentive program designed to boost earnings based on mileage and safety.

Pay includes a $0.15 CPM per diem component and a weekly availability incentive of $1,450–$1,620. The package also features newer equipment, safety programs, and formed benefit options after tenure.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch
