Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a CDL-A driver to haul paper products in a dedicated regional network. Expect mostly no-touch, high-freight-density loads with a consistent weekly mile base and reliable home time.

You’ll operate dry van trailers across IA, IL, IN, MI and WI, averaging around 12 loads per week with 1–2 stop-offs per load, staying close to Germantown, WI. Competitive pay with weekly paychecks and robust benefits.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
