TransAm Schwan’s Kentucky Dedicated Truck Drivers Enjoy:

1. Starting pay rate is $0.60 - $0.65 / mile, loaded and empty*
2. Pay rate increases at 3, 6, and 12 months of continuous safe driving, with increases every 6 months thereafter up to the cap**
3. Out 8 days followed by 48 hours of home time
