CDL-A - Dedicated Truck Driver - Tractor Supply

Join us as a CDL-A - Dedicated Truck Driver at Class A Drivers.

Job Overview

• Haul store merchandise in dry van trailers with live unloads at customer locations (no hand unloads).
• Operate within 400 miles of Akron, OH.
• Deliver 10-15 loads per week with 1-3 stop-offs per load.
• Average weekly pay: $1,080-$1,320.
• Home time: Weekly.
• Open to all CDL holders with valid Class A license.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay includes mileage, load, and hourly (while on duty).
• Weekly performance bonuses.
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000 for experienced drivers, $1,000 for newcomers, paid over 12 months.
• Paid orientation and time off after 6 months, plus holiday pay.
• Annual bonus: Up to 2% of gross pay.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, referral bonuses, military credits, and advanced equipment.
