Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for the Southeast region. 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight with 4 loads per week and 1-2 stop-offs per load. Earn weekly pay with mileage and hourly on-duty pay, plus sign-on bonuses for experienced or inexperienced drivers.

Drive within the Southeast with reliable home time, orientation pay, and annual bonus potential. This role offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match and other military benefits.

Overview

• Haul outdoor sporting goods and retail supplies in dry van trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight.
• 4 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Southeast.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
