Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated regional routes hauling retail merchandise in dry van trailers. This position offers 100% no-touch and 80% drop-and-hook freight with approximately 13 loads per week.

Drivers will operate within CT, MA, NH, NY and PA (no NYC) with weekly pay, along with sign-on bonuses for experienced or inexperienced drivers and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Medical and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
• Tanker endorsement required within 90 days of hire; company offers self-paced online certification to help.
• Live within 50 miles of Claremont, NH.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire - Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 50 miles of Claremont, NH.
