Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a commercial driver to haul food and beverage products in dry van trailers from Wilmer, TX and surrounding areas. You will operate with 100% no-touch freight and about 50% drop-and-hook, handling 7–10 loads per week with 1 stop-off per load, driving within AR, LA, OK and TX.

The role offers mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving), a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses of up to $5,000 for

Pay and bonus potential

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
