Job summary

Schneider National in the Carlisle, PA area is seeking dedicated truck drivers for dry van hauling. This role features 100% no-touch freight with a majority drop-and-hook, roughly 12 loads per week. You’ll operate within the Central Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
