C.R. England is offering a high-paying, home weekly dedicated truck driving position with Dollar Tree as the customer. All dry freight; drivers hand unload using rollers at customer locations and average 2 loads weekly over ~1,750 miles.

Home time is weekly with a 34-hour reset. Guaranteed pay includes a $1,400 minimum weekly if conditions are met; benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD+D, PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL held by the driver.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3 months of Class A CDL experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and hand unload at customer locations using rollers.
• Complete an average of 1,750 miles weekly with 2 loads per week.
• Maintain safety, on-time delivery and compliance with DOT rules.

Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days.

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and the Missouri area

Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset

Store deliveries typically start at 5AM but can extend through the day and include night deliveries starting at 11PM

Safe and On-time mileage bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay)

Accessorial Pay Information:

• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
• Clean DOT Inspection - $25
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3 months of Class A CDL experience
• Trucks cannot be taken home. Drivers will need to work with the account manager to determine where to park the truck safely and securely
