Job summary

C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account with a home weekly schedule. You will hand-unload trailers using rollers and average about 1500 miles per week across multiple stops and loads.

We offer mileage pay, stop pay, some daily bonuses, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA and a 401(k). This full-time role is ideal for drivers who enjoy active, on-the-road work.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A and 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required.
• Must be able to hand-unload trailers using rollers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver three loads per week with three stops per load.
• Cover about 1500 miles weekly across the dedicated Dollar Tree lane.
• Hand-unload trailers using rollers and ensure safe, on-time delivery.

On average, you’ll deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1500 miles weekly. This role provides competitive pay and is perfect for those who enjoy an active driving experience.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Account delivers customer freight out of West Memphis, AR to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, and MS

Drivers pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the DC

Schedule: 34-hours reset weekly

Mileage pay, Stop pay

Top-of-the-line Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry trailers

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience

Drivers need to park a truck at home or a secure location
