C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account. This full-time role offers a home weekly schedule and requires hand-unloading trailers with rollers.

Expect about 1,500 miles weekly, three loads per week, and three stops per load. Mileage pay and per-load bonuses accompany the compensation package. The job requires a valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of experience, and the lane is not suitable for students or trainees.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Account delivers customer freight out of West Memphis, AR to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, and MS

Drivers pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the DC

Schedule: 34-hours reset weekly

Mileage pay, Stop pay

Top-of-the-line Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry trailers

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience

Drivers need to park a truck at home or a secure location
