C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account. This full-time role offers a home weekly schedule and requires hand-unloading trailers using rollers.

Expect about three loads weekly across ~1500 miles with three stops per load, plus mileage and stop pay and a 34-hour weekly reset. Company benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life/AD&D, PTO, 401(k), and additional voluntary options.

Responsibilities

• Backhaul to DC with generally no-touch loads.

On average, you’ll deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1500 miles weekly. Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Account delivers customer freight out of West Memphis, AR to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, and MS

Drivers pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the DC

Schedule: 34-hours reset weekly

Mileage pay, Stop pay

Top-of-the-line Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry trailers

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 Years of age or older
• 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience

Drivers need to park a truck at home or a secure location
