Job summary

C.R. England is seeking CDL-A drivers for a Harbor Freight dedicated lane. Expect no-touch freight with pallets moved by store personnel; routes include local and overnight trips across Texas and nearby states. You will operate company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks and follow store unload procedures.

Delivery windows are 6AM–6PM, with start times varying by location. Overtime may apply on Saturdays, and home time ranges from daily to every other day based on schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with 3+ months of Class A experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life and AD+D insurance provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch freight for Harbor Freight on a dedicated account.
• Perform local and overnight runs across TX and neighboring states.
• Use a hand pallet jack for pallet movement; stores unload with forklifts.

Job description

Drive for C.R. England, on a dedicated account for Harbor Freight delivering no-touch freight,

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Areas of operation are Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.

Drivers will run a mix local and overnight runs to Harbor Freight stores.

All freight is preloaded by customer. Each primary lane has approximately 2-4 stops per load. This fleet includes a driver unload assist program.

Drivers will use a hand pallet jack to move pallets from the back of the trailer to the tail for the store to unload. Product will be offloaded by the store personnel with forklifts. Drivers are responsible to make sure the correct pallets are taken off at the correct store.

Delivery windows are between 6AM - 6PM Monday through Sunday. Start times are based on store locations and delivery windows but expect to pick up any time of the day.

Saturdays are based on customer demand. Expected to run an 11-hour shift or 70-hour clock if needed

Home time varies from every day to every other day depending on scheduled route

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience
