Job summary

A. Duie Pyle in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced, full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team. You will drive a 53-foot van trailer delivering groceries to PA and Manhattan deliveries are required.

Earn $31.00 per hour with an 11:00 AM start and a Thursday–Monday schedule. We offer weekly pay, modern equipment, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience.
• Must hold or obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No more than three moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must communicate reading/writing/speaking English.
• Must obtain and maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries to daily manifest locations including potential returns.
• Ensure safety and security of tractor and freight; follow all DOT regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and account managers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

CDL‑A Dedicated Truck Driver qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor trailer experience
• Currently hold, or obtain, a non‑excepted interstate DOT medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

CDL‑A Dedicated Truck Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Completing deliveries to location(s) based on daily manifest as well as picking up potential returns, as needed
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to all DOT regulations and guidelines
• Building relationships through excellent communication with customers and account managers
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
