Requirements

• Age 21+, single state Class A CDL, 12 months of US driving history
• 3 months T/T in the past 36 months (older experience can qualify with a road test)
• Max 2 tickets in 2 years, zero preventable accidents in 5 years
• Max 3 employers in the last year
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years while holding a CDL-A
• Must live within 100 miles of Hazleton, hair and urine test, DOT physical
