Job Description

Paper Transport (PTI) is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional Drivers in Columbus, OH to haul dedicated freight within the Midwest. Compensation:

• Average weekly pay: $1,346 (5 days) & $1,442 (5.5 days)
• Base pay: 60-62 CPM
• Guaranteed minimum pay: $1,150 (5 days) & $1,250 (5.5 days)
• Average annual pay: $70,000 - $75,000+

Additional pay includes:

• $20 Paid Stop-Off (avg 2-3 stops/week)
• $20/hour Paid Detention (after 1 hour)
• $1,000 Referral Bonus (paid in two installments)
• Inspection, Quarterly, and Safety Bonuses

Paid Orientation:

• Experienced Drivers: 1.5 days + $500 First-Load Bonus
• New CDL Grads: 1-week paid orientation + 2 weeks on-the-job training

Rider Program:

• Pets: No fee, up to 2 pets; starts day one for experienced drivers, 6-month wait for new drivers

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home weekly 34-48 hours, averaging 40
• Schedule: 5.5 days/week, start day flexible (e.g., Monday-Saturday)
• Route: Columbus, OH, and Midwest states (AR, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, OH, OK, SD, WI)
• Level of Touch: 100% no-touch freight, mix of unloads, 30-40% drop and hook

Equipment:

• Automatic transmission
• Speed governed at 63 mph (pedal), 65 mph (cruise); MPG bonus up to $300/month
• Inward & outward facing cameras (activated during incidents)

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old
• CDL A license required
• Recent CDL A grads (within 100 days) encouraged to apply
• Minimum 6 months experience for night driving at 5 days/week
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• DOT physical and testing compliance
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Live within 100 miles of Columbus, OH or willing to relocate (must own license in new state)
